My second running video, and the first one with music! This one is notable for a) being filmed on my mother’s birthday b) having my mother actually in the video and c) the snippet at the end about how to take an ice bath. I’m a total ice bath convert and use them after every long run (20 miles+) and every long race. DO IT.
